do what i do use your elbow… jab it in his ribs when he starts to snore he will reposition himself and the snoring will stop.. its not being cruel you will at least get a descents night sleep..

queridas é incrÃvel os benefÃcios do chá, faço acompanhamento com a nutricionista e na dieta ela colocou o chá, como detestava chás procurei com sabor… em uma semana, junto com a dieta senti como ele me fazia bem…como estou em processo de emagrecimento tomo 3 chÃcaras de chá por dia…é bem estar puro!!! experimentem e boa sorte!!!
